摘要
文章针对供应链存在的不稳定性,运用情景规划法考虑不同种类的供应链中断。在供应链网络设计时考虑其稳健性,对供应链中断下的生产效率与稳健性进行权衡,并采用多目标萤火虫算法求解这个权衡问题,使结果具有连贯性。研究结果表明,目标函数最优时的总成本反而比供应链最有效时的总成本低,产生了成本优势,企业可以根据生产效率与稳健性权衡的近似帕累托前沿图选择合适的生产效率与稳健性以促进企业的持续发展。
