<正>乙型病毒性肝炎,简称乙肝(HB),是由乙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis B virus,HBV)感染机体后所引起的疾病。HB感染呈世界性流行,据世界性卫生组织报道,全球约20亿人曾感染过HBV,其中3.5亿人为慢性感染者[1]。HBV感染引起的肝脏疾病具有多种表现,按照病程将其分为急性乙型肝炎(乙肝)和慢性乙肝。在HBV感染以及肝炎的发生过程中,免
