简要叙述了西班牙的森林航空消防历史,并根据西班牙学者J.C.Mérida对森林航空消防技术及效益评估的研究结果,从森林航空消防飞机性能指数方程、飞机后勤保障措施、森林航空消防基础设施等方面对西班牙森林航空消防技术及效益评估进行了阐述。
