胱抑素C——肾小球滤过率肌酐替代标记物

摘要
肾小球滤过率(GFR)是反映肾功能受损最直接的指标。目前,很多研究认为胱抑素 C(Cys C)是一个新的反映GFR改变的非常灵敏的标记物,有替代血清肌酐(SCr)之势。Cys C可否作为GFR的改良指标而替换SCr和/或肌酐清除率(CCr)而成为新的肾功能评价指标呢? 本文就近年对Cys C的研究作一综述。
