摘要：

本文对木本植物体细胞胚胎发生及植株再生的研究现状进行了论述。从体细胞胚胎发生及植株再生研究的意义、影响植物体细胞胚胎发生及植株再生的因素方面总结了近年来木本植物体细胞胚胎发生及植株再生的研究现状,并进一步分析了木本植物体细胞胚胎发生研究存在的问题和研究趋势。
