<正>急性肾损伤(acute kidney injury,AKI)是一种发病率逐年增加,且高死亡率的重症疾病,而老年人是AKI的主要发病人群。基于国际疾病分类第九版临床修订本(ICD-9-CM)标准,美国1998年至2002年全国住院患者的数据中,急性肾衰竭的发病率:1988年为610人/(百万人口·年),
