研究二手房信息准确预测问题。目前二手房市场存在严重的价格信息不对称,引起有效的住房消费被抑制。为测算二手房价格信息传递速度,深入揭示信息传递过程,依据现实二手房市场的特点,设计三组具有不同价格信息条件的二手房交易实验,招募真人被试参与实验,并采集和利用实验数据测算二手房价格信息传递速度。研究结果表明:随着市场上价格信息的增加,价格信息传递速度显著减小,可为二手房市场信息效率的测算提供依据。
