流式细胞术在临床细菌学检测中的应用

摘要
流式细胞术 (FCM)有快速、灵敏及同时进行多参数分析等优点 ,它应用于临床细菌学 ,使细菌实验室的传统试验模式发生革命性变化。它通过荧光染料标记可检测病原菌、毒素和血清抗体 ,还可用于抗生素敏感性试验 ,对抗生素后效应、细菌耐药的异质性等进行分析。本文对流式细胞术的检测原理和近年来在临床细菌学检测上的主要应用作了综述。
