<正>脓毒症是临床最常见的危重症之一。国外报道近年来脓毒症患者约占全部住院人数的1.3%,且患病人数以每年约13.7%的速度增加,死亡率仍居高不下[1]。国内有研究发现严重脓毒症及感染性休克病例约占外科重症监护室(SICU)全部病例的8.68%,
