精氨酸——重要的免疫营养剂

摘要
精氨酸参与蛋白质合成 ,且是合成一氧化氮的惟一底物。精氨酸通过精氨酸酶和一氧化氮两条代谢途径参与体内的免疫调节 ,并作为一种免疫营养剂逐渐受到重视。精氨酸可以促进淋巴细胞增殖 ,促进CD3的表达 ,增强T细胞的免疫反应 ,但当体内诱导型一氧化氮合酶过度表达时 ,补充大量的精氨酸会对机体造成损害。因此 ,在复杂的免疫病理下 ,近来主张的免疫调节干预 (包含额外补充的高浓度精氨酸 )必须在细致的可以控制的条件下进行。
