摘要：

脑钠肽(BNP)有利钠、利尿、扩张血管及松弛平滑肌作用和对抗心室重塑,减少心肌肥厚和心室扩大的作用。BNP血浆浓度是监测许多疾病发生、发展、预后的一项良好指标,尤其在心血管疾病。检测血浆BNP水平是心肺疾病鉴别诊断,心血管疾病诊断和评估疗效、预后以及指导改善预后的重要指标。
