从国际比较研究的视角来看中国职前数学教师教育

摘要：

由于教师的知识和技能对提高课堂教学质量至关重要,职前数学教师准备相应成为一个重要的研究课题。数学教师准备包括许多方面,如专业和课程设置,内容选择等。最近一系列国际比较研究揭示了中国中小学数学教师准备的优点与不足并存。相关研究发现为探索未来中国数学教师培养的课程发展及研究方向提供了有益的借鉴。
