中国金融市场化指数的构建

摘要：

本文将金融自由化定义为利率自由化、信贷控制放松、进入壁垒降低、银行自治加强、银行产权多元化、证券市场改革、资本和经常帐户开放等七个方面的综合反映,通过对中国金融改革过程中上述七个方面的各项措施进行评估,采取主成份分析法进行数据综合,构建出了从1982年到2006年的中国金融自由化指数。本文认为中国金融自由化程度不断加深,将完全自由化定义为100%,目前自由化程度已达到了71%。
