摘要：

目的:综述预防硝酸酯类药物耐受性的研究进展。方法:以国内外有影响的杂志和有代表性的文献为基础,进行分析、归纳和综述。结果:硝酸酯类药物的耐受性限制了其在临床上的应用,根据其不同的发生机制可有多种预防措施。结论:这一领域内的研究具有临床实际意义和广阔前景。
