<正>椎间盘是由位于中央的髓核、周围的纤维环以及上下两侧的软骨终板构成的一个可以缓冲机体自身张力与抵抗外部压力的完美闭合系统。由其退行性变所导致的颈部及腰腿部位疼痛一直都是骨科临床中最为常见的症状之一。在引起椎间盘退变的遗传、年龄、炎症因子、凋亡、老化等诸多因素中,髓核细胞的老化是已经确认的引起椎间盘退变的重要原因[1],老化可导致髓核细胞活性减低、功能减退,进而发生椎间
