骨质疏松症治疗药物假期的选择与利弊

摘要
骨质疏松症治疗的药物假期,是指经过长期治疗取得满意疗效;药物暂停后,患者仍可从抗骨折疗效中获益,而药物不良反应风险将随之降低。药物假期是药物的选择性暂停使用,而非永久性停用。目前有关药物假期的指导决策证据有限,其方案执行应根据患者的临床客观指标,个体化分析而决定。药物假期不适用于高骨折风险人群。
