摘要：

肿瘤坏死因子是由巨噬细胞和单核细胞产生的、具有广泛生物学活性的细胞因子 ,在肝损伤过程中起十分重要的作用。它可通过诱导脂类和多肽介质的产生、诱发肝细胞脂质过氧化、激活中性粒细胞、促进肝细胞凋亡等途径引起肝损伤。
