摘要：

多种细胞因子具有改变黑素细胞的形态、抑制其增殖及黑素合成,并对黑素细胞表达细胞间粘连分子、HLA-Ⅱ类抗原、黑素瘤相关抗原,以及分泌纤维联结蛋白产生影响作了介绍。阐述了在皮肤色素减退过程中细胞因子所起的作用。
