摘要
骨质疏松(OP)是脊髓损伤(SCI)后主要并发症,可阻碍患者康复进程,因而其研究具有重要意义。本文即对SCI后OP的特点、SCI后OP性骨折的发病率、影响因素、发病机制及防治方面的进展予以综述。
