摘要：

目的　检测人β-防御素 (HBDs)基因在女性生殖道各段组织及妊娠相关组织中的表达。方法　采用逆转录聚合酶链反应法 (RT- PCR)检测正常女性生殖道各段组织及怀孕妇女妊娠相关组织中 HBD- 1、HBD- 2的表达情况 ,用内参照β- actin的特异引物作 RT- PCR。结果　细胞株 ME- 180表达 HBD- 1m RNA,而不表达 HBD- 2m RNA;正常女性阴道、子宫颈、子宫内膜、输卵管和卵巢 5种组织中均发现有 HBD- 1m RNA的表达 ,除阴道、卵巢外的其余组织中也有 HBD- 2 m RNA的表达 ;绒毛膜、绒毛、羊膜、胎盘和脐带 5种妊娠相关组织中 ,HBD- 1m RNA在除羊膜外的各组织中均有表达 ,而 HBD- 2 m RNA则在绒毛膜、绒毛及胎盘组织中表达。结论　 HBDs在正常妇女生殖道及妊娠相关组织中广泛表达 ,提示其在维系正常妇女及孕妇生殖道内环境稳定、宿主天然抗感染机制中起着重要的作用
