住院老年病人睡眠质量及干扰睡眠因素的调查

摘要：

为了解住院老年病人睡眠质量及干扰睡眠的因素 ,选取 10 0例内科住院老年病人 ,由病人自行填写睡眠质量及睡眠干扰因素问卷。结果 :住院老年病人的睡眠质量差 ;大多数病人认为干扰睡眠的因素有 :咳嗽(40 % )、尿频 (37% )、呼吸困难 (2 5 % )、担心疾病 (2 4% )、其他病人及陪伴者的噪声(47% )、床或枕头不适(38% )、病室温度 (2 6 % )等 ;生理、环境、心理社会因素可解释睡眠质量变异的33 .8% (F =17.819,P <0 .0 0 1)。提示应采取措施控制干扰睡眠的各种因素 ,提高住院老年病人的睡眠质量 ,促进其康复。
