摘要：

肺多发磨玻璃结节(ground-glass nodules,GGNs)既可发生于炎症早期,也可见于小气道相关性疾病,如呼吸性细支气管炎(respiratory bronchiolitis,RB)、肺朗格汉斯细胞增生症(pulmonary langenhans cell histiocytosis,PLCH)、过敏性肺炎(hypersensitivity pneumonitis,HP)等;也可见于同期多原发性肺癌(synchronous multiple primary lung cancer,SMPLC)、结节病、粟粒性转移瘤及感染性疾病等。本文就非感染性肺多发GGNs的HRCT表现及病理学特征作一综述。
