血浆HSP70在血管性认知功能损害患者中的表达及意义

摘要
目的:探讨热休克蛋白70(HSP70)与血管性认知功能损害(VCI)的关系。方法:运用蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)检测入组患者认知功能,将其分为2组,即认知功能正常组(NCI,n=52)和VCI组(n=129),分别用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定2组患者血浆HSP70浓度。结果:NCI组和VCI组患者血浆HSP70浓度分别为(11.29±2.66)ng/ml和(19.92±5.98)ng/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);相关性分析显示,VCI患者血浆HSP70浓度与MoCA得分呈负相关(r=-0.742,P<0.01);对VCI患者各个认知领域的分值与血浆HSP70水平进行多元线性回归分析显示,血浆HSP70水平与患者记忆能力、视空间执行能力和定向能力存在负相关性。结论:血浆HSP70浓度测定有可能作为判断VCI患者认知功能损害程度的生化指标。
