十九例脑干出血的治疗体会

摘要：

目的探讨脑干出血的临床表现、治疗和预后分析。方法回顾性分析从2011年4月至2013年4月南通大学第二附属医院神经外科经CT证实的19例脑干出血患者的临床资料,采用治疗前后的GCS评分及美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)进行评分。结果 CT能够及时准确的发现急性脑干出血,并明确出血位置。经保守治疗后,19例中痊愈8例(42.1%),好转6例(31.6%),植物生存3例(15.8%),死亡2例(10.5%)。死亡病例存在脑干衰竭及肺部感染等严重并发症。入院时GCS评分为7.2±3.6,NIHSS评分为31.2±12.1;出院时GCS评分9.5±3.8,NIHSS评分10.3±7.5,GOS评分为3.6±1.2。结论影像学检查在脑干出血诊断中有重要作用,积极的保守治疗、预防并发症的发生可以改善脑干出血的预后。
