摘要
BDNF-TrkB信号通路对情绪产生、认知功能和记忆能力都有重要的影响,主要通过PI3-K途径和Ras-MAP激酶途径调节神经元的再生、凋亡及重建。近年来的研究表明,BDNF基因型及其表达量和TrkB受体表达的异常与焦虑障碍的产生有非常密切的关系。本文综述了近年来BDNF-TrkB信号通路及其与焦虑障碍产生的联系等方面的研究进展。
