低能离子注入法诱变微生物育种

低能离子注入诱变育种技术刚介入微生物品种改良,低能离子通过能量沉积、动量传递、离子注入及电荷交换等引起生物细胞内遗传物质发生非致死性、局部突变,突变率达10%20%,回复突变率极低。该诱变育种技术操作简单、成本低廉、不污染环境。经离子注入诱变,糖化菌的糖化酶活力提高5000单位;产利福霉菌素的发酵水平提高40%;产VC菌的摩尔转化率达97.5%;产VD菌的发酵水平提高50%;产红霉素菌的产量提高20%。
