<正> 1973年,Latt用哺乳动物细胞在含有5-溴脱氧尿嘧啶核苷(Brdu)的培养液中接连进行两次有丝分裂,然后用荧光染料染色,使有丝分裂中期染色体的一条染色单体荧光强,另一条染色单体荧光弱,并检出了两条姐妹染色单体之间的互换(姐妹染色单体互换简称SCE)。翌年,Parry 和Wolff 以及Korenberg 等用
