抗肿瘤酶制剂L-天冬酰胺酶治疗白血病的研究进展

摘要
L-天冬酰胺酶具有显著的抗肿瘤作用。为了最大限度地发挥酶疗法的优势 ,可以对天然酶进行化学改性、包埋或固定化。尤其值得重视的是固定化酶体外循环净化血浆技术 ,该研究对人类攻克白血病提出了一个新的思路与方法 ,具有广阔的应用前景
