摘要
2014年北京APEC会议前后,中科院组织实施了"京津冀区域灰霾综合外场实验",综合运用地面观测、激光雷达探空、车载走航、卫星遥感和数值模型预报等多种手段,对APEC前后京津冀地区的历次灰霾污染形成过程进行了全方位观测和模拟,分析了京津冀区域大气污染物环境容量、区域输送变化以及二次气溶胶所占比例,对APEC期间应急控制措施的效果进行了评估,并提出了留住"APEC蓝"的建议。
