摘要
目的通过任丘市老年居民脑卒中及其危险因素的筛查分析,为制定区域性脑卒中的综合防治措施提供科学依据。方法采用随机整群抽样法,选择任丘市年龄60~70岁的常住居民5010例为筛查对象,进行面对面健康问卷调查、人体测量、实验室检测,分析脑卒中及其危险因素的患病率及特点。结果脑卒中、血压异常、血糖异常、血脂异常、颈动脉狭窄的患病率分别为14.3%、78.9%、18.5%、53.8%和8.0%,男性为18.5%、77.8%、13.8%、45.9%和10.6%;女性为11.1%、79.0%、22.1%、59.8%和6.1%;以血压异常、血糖异常、血脂异常、颈动脉斑块、血尿酸升高、心房颤动、肥胖、缺乏体力运动、脑卒中病史累加统计脑卒中的危险因素,76.6%的老年居民具有≥3个危险因素,男性为80.0%,女性为74.0%;多因素logistic回归分析显示,排在前3位的危险因素分别是血压异常、血糖异常和缺乏体力运动。结论任丘市年龄60~70岁人群脑卒中及其危险因素的患病率高,多数人合并多种危险因素,有效控制血压和血糖,开展健身运动是降低任丘市脑卒中患病率的最有效途径。
