摘要：

在信息化社会,教师的信息技术应用能力已然成为一种必备的专业能力,中小学骨干教师因具有引领示范作用,其信息技术应用能力水平更应予以重视。该文从信息技术应用能力影响因素入手,以辽宁省信息化建设水平薄弱的某地区中小学骨干教师为样本,采用问卷调查分析法,构建和验证了影响因素结构方程模型。结果显示内部因素(自我效能、技能基础)、外部因素(学校制度、培训研修、应用氛围)对骨干教师的五个应用能力维度均有不同程度的正向影响。依据具体结果,提出了提升内驱力、构建"精准"培训模式、树立正确的技术观等建议。
