我国22个小麦品种苗期温敏抗条锈性测定

Twenty two cultivars with resistance in adult plants were chosen to be tested for the temperature sensitive resistance to yellow rust (Puccinia striiformis West.).The results showed that 68% of the cultivars have this kind of gene.Generally,if a cultivar has the temperature sensitive resistance,it usually has relatively good resistance in adult plants,and vice versa.It is feasible to use this resistance in the areas where yellow rust occurs occasionally,especially in the north of China ,because the resistance can ex press as the temperature becomes higher in later wheat growth stage.It is promising,to some extent,to use the resistance to achieve the durability of resistance to the disease.
