明胶海绵吸附凝血酶对脑水肿影响的实验研究

摘要：

目的 :观察手术应用明胶海绵吸附凝血酶对脑水肿的影响。方法 :将大鼠皮层切除 ,明胶海绵吸附凝血酶置入受损处 ,2 4 h后取脑 ,干 -湿重法测定脑组织的含水量。结果 :在同侧基底节 ,明胶海绵吸附上凝血酶引起明显脑水肿 ,水蛭素能减轻脑水肿。结论 :手术应用明胶海绵吸附凝血酶止血可导致脑水肿形成
