摘要：

GPⅡb/Ⅲa糖蛋白复合物在血小板聚集过程中起关键作用,GPⅡb/Ⅲa抑制剂也逐渐开始应用于血栓性疾病的预防和治疗。本文着重综述GPⅡb/Ⅲa在血小板聚集中的作用及GPⅡb/Ⅲa抑制剂在抗血小板聚集的临床应用。
