半导体领域跨国公司专利分布与中国企业的应对策略

文章以半导体领域18家典型跨国公司为样本,对其1985—2008年间半导体技术领域发明专利申请情况进行统计分析,测算其专利申请集中度指数、子技术领域的竞争力指数及分散化指数,测度结果显示跨国企业依据自身特点采取的是不同的专利申请战略,总体而言申请主要集中于制造和零部件生产等技术领域,中国企业面临强大的技术壁垒。通过对跨国公司专利布局的深入分析,有助于中国企业借鉴成功经验制定有针对性的应对策略。
