摘要：

煤炭是我国的基础能源 ,充足的资源供给和地质保障是煤炭工业持续健康发展的前提 ,也是构建国家能源安全体系的重要组成部分。分析了我国煤炭资源形势 ,从基础理论和关键技术两方面 ,提出了煤炭资源地质科学领域的研究目标和主要任务。
