摘要
本文报告了用小玻片培养法,在镜下观察变形链球菌7个血清型参考菌株粘附现象的自然状态。菌细胞粘附于玻片表面并集聚呈菌团,菌团可分为两个类型:一类较大且较疏松;一类较小且更致密浓厚。本文还对变形链球菌的粘附机制和d型菌株粘附菌团的特点作了讨论。
