摘要
肝脂酶主要在肝细胞中合成 ,能水解各种脂蛋白中的甘油三酯和磷脂 ,血浆中肝脂酶活性增高 ,可使小而致密LDL等致动脉粥样硬化脂蛋白水平增高 ,加速动脉粥样硬化病变的发生发展 ;肝细胞膜上的肝脂酶作为配体能与多种脂蛋白结合 ,表现出抗动脉粥样硬化的作用。影响肝脂酶合成、活性改变的主要原因是肝脂酶基因变异
