摘要
β-环糊精作为一种有效的药用赋形剂越来越引起人们的重视。本文主要介绍近几年来国外对β-环糊精及其衍生物在药剂学上的应用与研究,包括提高药物的稳定性、增加脂溶性药物的溶解度、提高制剂的生物利用度、调节释药速度和减少药物不良反应等方面的进展情况。
