肝肿瘤的微血管结构和血供

摘要：

对16例转移性肝癌的尸解肝进行硅酮肝动脉和门脉灌注;还对20只有种植性肝癌鼠作选择性血管造影、动脉栓塞及硅酮灌注。研究结果获得以下结论:(1)虽然肝肿瘤血供以肝动脉为主,但大多数肝肿瘤具有双重血供;(2)肝肿瘤的微血管表现因肝而异,但同一肝的癌结节有同一类型的肿瘤血管;(3)在鼠肝上肿瘤湖由门脉灌注,栓塞组明显高于对照组;(4)解释肝肿瘤的血管造影和CT某些表现的病理基础。鉴于肝肿瘤具有双重血供,对它的治疗要考虑到这两种途径。
