摘要：
Though a serious bird flu spread Vietnam,2004could still be considered as a year of stability,when it enˉjoyed stability in politics,fast and sustainable growth in economy and took positive steps in foreign relations.In the light of the its present situation of development,Vietnamwill still deepen its reform,enforce its opening up to the outside world and its economic growth rate is expected to be higher than that of last year.
