摘要：

本文首先阐述心理学研究中元认知理论的起始与发展,并简要论述了元认知与批判性思维的关系,然后对写作研究中的认知策略和元认知策略分别加以界定,讨论了认知写作理论关于元认知知识对发展写作能力的重要性,文章最后提出可解释我国外语学习者英语写作知识和写作思维能力培养的元认知知识理论模式。
