心肌型脂肪酸结合蛋白的临床应用进展

摘要
心肌型脂肪酸结合蛋白(heart fatty acid-binding protein,H-FABP)是一种低分子量可溶性蛋白,在心肌细胞胞浆中含量丰富。具有组织特异性,心肌损伤后血浆中H-FABP水平变化有时间规律性,且血浆H-FABP水平与心肌损伤程度成正相关,故H-FABP可作为诊断早期心肌缺血的生化标志物。现就H-FABP的生理化学特性、检测方法及其在心肌损伤诊断中的应用做一综述。
