格列美脲对代谢综合征的治疗作用

摘要：

目的　观察格列美脲对代谢综合征患者的作用。方法　对 43例代谢综合征患者的血糖、血脂、血压、体重、血C肽等代谢相关指标在格列美脲治疗前后的变化进行分析。结果　在 12周的疗程中 ,格列美脲有效降低了代谢综合征患者的空腹血糖、餐后 2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白 (P <0 0 1) ,C肽及体质指数均有下降 ,血压、甘油三酯也得到改善。结论　作为新一代的磺脲类降糖药 ,通过独特的作用机制 ,格列美脲对代谢综合征患者有良好的治疗作用
