摘要：

美国加州、西班牙、北欧电力市场的风电发展起步较早,预测技术相对较成熟,市场相对较完善,具有一定的典型性。分别从风电概况和上网机制两方面对这3个电力市场的风能交易现状作了详细的研究和比较,并结合我国风电产业的发展实际给出了相关建议。
