端粒酶活性在宫颈癌中的表达及意义

摘要：

目的 :探讨端粒酶活化在宫颈癌发生、发展中的作用。方法 :采用端粒重复序列扩增法对 40例宫颈癌、5 0例宫颈上皮内瘤样病变 (cervicalintraepithelialneoplasia ,CIN)、2 0例正常宫颈组织中端粒酶活性进行检测。结果 :端粒酶活性在宫颈癌、CIN、正常宫颈组织中的阳性表达率分别为 95 .0 %、44 .0 %、10 .0 % ,各组间比较P <0 .0 1;端粒酶活性阳性率在CINⅠ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ各级病变中分别为 2 2 .2 %、37.5 %、75 .0 % ,CINⅠ、Ⅱ与CINⅢ间比较P <0 .0 1。结论 ::端粒酶活化可能与宫颈癌发生有关 ,与宫颈病变级别呈正相关。
