摘要：

VEGF是一种特异性的血管内皮生长因子 ,在血管的生理和病理性生长中均起作用。在正常肾脏中也有表达 ,据其生物学效应 ,可能在肾脏的发育、生理功能的维持 ,系膜、内皮的增生、蛋白尿的发生、炎症和损伤修复中起作用。本文就VEGF在肾脏研究中的现状作一综述
