大鼠可逆性全脑缺血再灌流过程中几个脑区儿茶酚胺递质的动态变化

应用反相高效液相——电化学检测技术测定了大鼠全脑缺血15rain及再灌流1h至7d纹状体、海马、丘脑及新皮层的NE、E、DA含量的变化。结果显示缺血易损伤区特别是纹状体、海马存在显著的CA递质代谢紊乱。缺血15min海马NE含量增高及纹状体的DA含量增高是病理作用的重要环节,再灌流后出现的递质含量的进行性减少提示神经元坏死或功能障碍的程度。另外,CA递质可能与EAAs相互作用,放大了CA递质介导的病理损害。
