脂质体和厚朴酚联合热疗对腺样囊性癌增殖的协同抑制作用

摘要
目的探讨脂质体和厚朴酚联合热疗对人腺样囊性癌肿瘤模型的增殖抑制作用。方法用DOTAP:Chol脂质体包裹和厚朴酚来进行抗肿瘤体内实验;构建小鼠人腺样囊性癌肿瘤模型,瘤内注射和厚朴酚并联合局部热疗,观察肿瘤大小及小鼠生存期及生长状态,对移植瘤进行CD31免疫组化染色和TUNEL分析。结果脂质体和厚朴酚联合热疗的抗肿瘤效应更强,联合治疗组肿瘤的体积明显小于对照组、热疗组、和厚朴酚组(P<0.05),部分肿瘤完全消退。联合治疗组小鼠的生存期有明显获益(P<0.05),在残存肿瘤中,肿瘤组织内微血管密度低于其他组,凋亡细胞明显增多。结论脂质体和厚朴酚能明显抑制人腺样囊性癌增殖,与热疗联合能够增强诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡,产生更强肿瘤杀伤效应。
