端对端交易模式下基于移动储能共享的配电系统韧性提升

摘要
配电网韧性是指配电网抵御极端灾害、减少故障损失、尽快恢复供电的能力。为了避免配电系统因韧性不足而引起的大规模停电事故,文中提出一种端对端(P2P)交易模式下基于移动储能(MES)共享的配电系统韧性提升策略。首先,构造了一个P2P交易框架。在此框架下,配电系统中的用户能够根据负荷需求对电能进行管理、分配,实现发电、用电和储能之间的源荷储协同;其次,提出了MES共享机制,通过优化MES的行驶路径与充放电功率,实现MES的时空转移与系统的韧性提升;然后,提出基于比例分配法的MES共享成本均摊机制;最后,基于Julia分别对15节点、IEEE 33节点、IEEE 69节点辐射型配电系统进行仿真分析,验证了所提策略的有效性。
